New owners are clueless, pools closed, public grills are dirty, trash constantly overflowed, security does not exist. But hey at least they're painting the outside of the apartments

It's not half bad, everyone complains about the roaches but if you accualy try to got rid of them you can and so far they are only a problem in the winter but its still manageable. It dose take them for ever to got things fixed and all the apartments have the landlord special paint job and we had to use a screw driver to the breakers just to get the panel open.

They sent a letter to my apartment across town to claim I am living in one of their units and then refused to answer why I was sent the letter when I called to inquire. Instead chose to sigh, groan, and tell me she needed to speak to someone else about a letter they sent me. This is an extremely unprofessional way to act and if they treat random people this way I'm afraid to see how they treat their tenants. I am more than happy to speak to anyone from the company that owns or runs this place other than Amanda after this to clear up why you all are claiming legal action against me.

I am very pleased with the management since the first day I moved. Kelly the assistant supervisor was very kind and made feel comfortable when I went and applied for an apartment. The schools nearby are very good.They have a first time forgiveness program for those with evictions, I had to pay a higher portion of deposit but it was well worth it because this place is quiet and I haven't had any problems with my neighbors. It has 2 nice pools, 2 gyms with in good condition weights and equipment and 2 convenient laundry facilities with all bran new washers and dryers. My apartment building got burned down not too long ago here, but Hugo Jimenez the manager and his staff were able to immediately fix the problem and got us into a new apartment within 3 days. They set us up for donations with American red-cross and a local church for furniture and household items. I'm very happy to have chosen The Court yards.

I wish I could help! I'm in no better position. My upstairs sink has a no hot water a leak from the cold water line, clogged drains and like you said roaches. I haven't had a door on my water heater for 4 weeks and a mess from maintenance removing my water heater. Management doesn't care about taking care of residents they just wanna get you in. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone unless your super desperate.
I haven't had any complaints to make yet. ben here 2yrs now and the new management that took over last February has done a good job cleaning up and works with you when times are tough. As a disabled vet with limited income they are fair if you upfront with them and talk to them. It's a good place I plan on staying here as long as possible
Utilities paid for except for electricity and I think so about the furnished apts
