Pretty bad experience. Went in today a little after 4:30pm. I don’t expect things to be super clean it’s a busy place, but the place was absolutely trashed and disgusting. There was frozen yogurt on the floor and being tracked everywhere and the entire floor was sticky. Toppings were running out the two girls working there were just sitting down and talking the entire time, just talking and eating and on their phones instead of cleaning up. Dirty tables, crumbs and trash on chairs and the floor. We ate there until 5 and by the time we left they still made no attempt to clean anything or stock the nearly empty toppings. Like I said nothings perfect but to see the employees not caring about the condition of the store is discouraging because it tells me they don’t care about the other things like food safety and sanitation. I will not be back at this location again. Usually I go in the late evenings with my daughter and don’t typically run into problems like this. This was particularly bad and a disappointing experience.

I always enjoy coming to this Menchie’s and tonight we had an issue with not having enough money available on a card to pay for our order. There were clear signs posted that they were not taking cash. But they made an exception for us because we had exact change. Thank you for the accomodation and it was delicious as always. We’ll definitely be back.

Great little frozen yogurt shop... they make you use 2 gloves and wait while people are getting their yogurt. Several great flavors including no sugar and low fat and sherbets. There are many toppings from candy pieces to fruit to sauces.
