They finished the work(I think). But I put in the work request 4 weeks ago! I always thought pipe leaks took precedence because of the potential water damage it may cause. Anyway, I’m glad I don’t have to worry about it anymore(or do I?).

We only recently moved in, but our experience from the 1st visit to the day of move in has been great. Ray in the office is kind, enthusiastic, and remembered us when I called back. Our apartment was clean on move in day and the concrete walls make the living experience extremely quiet. You see maintenance buzzing around like bees working hard to keep everything going. I would give 5 stars ASAP if the gate were working. I totally understand how tenants may mistreat a working mechanism like that, but it would be the icing on the cake if it worked.

I have to say, we have the best maintenance team. Every time I need them they always go above and beyond. Even short staffed they still make sure your problem is taken care of. Also I’d like to thank Monica in the office. She’s always so kind as well as helpful. I’m so grateful to live in a apartment community where the staff truly cares.

Worst place I have ever lived! I have lived here for 5 years and it was fine for about the first two. Then this new management, MEB, took over at the beginning of this year and everything went straight down the toilet! At the beginning of this year in February my grandma had a massive leak in her bathroom. We called countless times to get it fixed. At first they told us it was the shower and that they caulked it, nothing changed. We called again they said it was the washing machine and that they fixed a hose, nothing changed. We called again! this time they told us they couldn't fix it because we live there and that we had to move in order for them to fix anything. They offered us another apartment, but it would be another $150/month on top of the $1,001 that we are already paying. It is now the end of August and we still have a leak in the bathroom. We have had a broken stove for 5 years! (only one burner works) they refuse to fix it and only say they the coils need to be reconnected every time. Well every time doesn't actually work and I end up taking twice as long to make dinner because I only have one burner that works. They put in a "request" to have someone come and change the stove, finally, and check on the leak. No one ever came and my request wasn't in the system. Instead they were having a pool party. Every time we call for a maintenance request it would take them any time between 1 day and 3 weeks, closer to the 3 weeks. This place is infested with bugs, and my neighbor is a drug dealer. Ever since the new management took over, they got rid of the only two people that actually did work around here, and they renovated a bunch of apartment and the landscaping, but will refuse to actually fix peoples problems in their homes. It's almost like they don't want anyone to live here.

Who do we call to come and fix the laundry card machine coz aparently the office women are taking days to place 1 call and it’s an inconvenience which they ain’t bothered about at all

Brenda, We have placed a call to our vendor to fix the machine. This is currently in process. Meanwhile if you like, please come to the leasing office so that we can talk about an alternative to add money on your card.
