I’ve loved living here so much, I wish I could stay longer than a year! Maintenance has fixed every problem super quickly, everyone in the office is super friendly, neighbors are quiet and the area is great. I definitely recommend it here if you’re looking for affordable apartments in a nice and quiet area.

Literally the worst place you could possibly live they offer low income which is amazing but then you get a 2 dollar raise your rent goes from 660 to 900 dollars like how at all is that possible and the worst part the the landlady and one of the maintenance guys just have it out for everybody just avoid and hope you don't have an arguement cuz oh Lord everybody gets concerned

People in the office are really really bad people. They never tell you the truth. I’m talking here about the manager and other ladies working there. In addition, the place is really dangerous and not clean at all. PLEASE PLEASE avoid this place and don’t rent any appartment. I’m giving you my honest experience since we lived there for 9 months. I wish I can give them ZERO star. And by the way, they don’t care about any review here.

Wish I could give zero stars. My husband and I have come across a few problems, but one is MAJOR. Smoking neighbors directly affect the air in our apartment. Not only is this extremely unpleasant, but directly impacts my health as I have had lung issues in the past. The complex has been thoroughly unhelpful with reaching some sort of agreement. I would NOT recommend Ventana Ranch Apartments unless you don't mind the idea of permanent damage to your quality of life. By the way, secondhand smokes increases your chance of a miscarriage. Just do yourself a favor and don't ever consider this place home- look elsewhere.
