I was there quite some time ago to make a purchase and was waiting patiently for the employee to finish with the customer ahead of me. There were several customers that came in after me and they all were greeted, while no one even looked my way. Being I was the only POC there I can only conclude that they had certain "preferences" so I dropped what I had in my hands on the floor and walked out. They may have different workers now but I haven't been back since then.

Great local hardware store. They stock a large variety of products and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I try to support them whenever I can because it's extremely helpful to have a good hardware store like this in the neighborhood.
