I used to love living here but since Susan and Veronica no longer work in the office things are so impersonal. There have been several new apartment managers in less then four months and they do not care about the people anymore. They are constantly sending out aggressive confusing emails and took away package services residents have enjoyed for years. When asked if the pool was going to open I was told to “call the Governor.” Part of the overpriced rent I pay goes to pool services and here we are in the second summer it’s been closed down and they have the audacity to RAISE THE RENT. They threaten to tow your car if you don’t give your personal information to a third party company. The apartments themselves are outdated unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for and “updated” one. I can hear every step my upstairs neighbors are taking. I regret signing this lease and do not plan on ever living here again. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Stevie was very helpful in securing a unit for my family and I. She was professional and punctuate when it came to dates and times. She was always available over the phone for any questions we had and very friendly and personable! I would recommend anyone to come and see Stevie about a new apartment.

The grounds are well maintained and the inside of the apartment looks nice, despite very old appliances. However, three appliances were not working upon move in. It took three weeks to get it all fixed. There was a two month period where no one had mailboxes and had to pick up mail from the post office. There have been three different/new apartment managers in four months. The floors are very thin; you can actually hear your neighbors phone vibrating.

I have lived in many apartment complexes in my life, and by far, this has become the most unprofessional and annoying. I lived here for 2.5 years. When I first moved in, the management was reasonable, helpful, and considerate. I was never overjoyed with the upkeep of the apartments, as it was bad quality upon move-in. However, it was liveable. As management changed roughly 1.5 years ago, the place took a severe turn. The current management is highly unprofessional - they were completely unhelpful when it came to receiving packages. While living there, a package I had been waiting for was immediately sent back in the mail because at the office they said my husband did not live there anymore. Unfortunately, we lost money with this incident. "Sorry for the inconvenience, but there is nothing we can do." And many others, including their handling of an office break in and the loss of hundreds of dollars worth of my packages. Again, "Sorry for the inconvenience, but there is nothing we can do." By far, the most unprofessional experience was upon move out. This complex came up with rules along the way, saying that information did not have to be in the lease for them to charge me. In the lease, it states that the apartment had to be returned in the same state in which it was given to me - in fact, I left it in better condition than when I moved in (I spent 3 entire days cleaning the apartment from top to bottom making sure everything was perfect!). They still charged me $180+ because it was not cleaned "professionally." AGAIN, THIS IS NOT IN THE LEASE!!!! For every apartment complex I have ever lived in (multiple), I have always had my deposit returned. Also, upon returning a laundry card, I asked for a refund on the remaining balance left on the card. They would not return it, saying it was a pre-pay card, again which is NOT IN THE LEASE! Well, I then stated legally, if I prepaid for it, then I have a right to the funds, which they of course said no, because the card was now back in their ownership. Bernadette, who apparently changed apartment complexes shortly after starting, was a horrifying office assistant! The woman knows nothing about management. Stevie, who apparently started right as I moved out... was not much better. I do not even know how they can just get away with theft. Apparently, the lease is up for interpretation. Information they gave us, what they charged us, was NOT even in the lease. Over the phone, she said that did not matter, it did not have to be. Some joke! Poor, pathetic business. Before the previous manager left (months before I left), I told him, "I really want you guys to succeed, but this place is getting really bad. And it is becoming highly unprofessional." Apparently, they still do not care - in the land of the incompetent, their management would be king. Response to reply: Thank you for your reply. As a note for readers, I did speak with you about the state of items upon move out. Ultimately, your office informed me (after move-out) that unless I had a document stating that it was "professionally cleaned," I would be charged for any professional cleaning that you guys would have done regardless (not in the lease).

Well, like most reputable companies, there is a risk involved for them to accept "bad credit" . Maybe you can try and explain to the manager any negative credit history and if it seems that you've been trying to improve it then maybe they will give you a shot.
