Horrible service. I have visited many times, and with every time getting worst. Lots of young employees not caring about anything; Using cellphones while you are ordering and paying, and don’t get me started on the management… The quality and the presentation of the food is bad. I live near by, literally, 2 minutes from this location, I can go by foot from my house and I prefer to start my car and drive to another location maybe 20 minutes away from this one to get better service and food. It’s this bad to be honest. By far, one of the worst I have visited. It’s sad. No respect for customers.

Fish could be better, but they are truly improving their fries. Cooked much better than before. Try them before you leave, cause if they aren't good, they will give you a fresh batch.

This location is trash. Fries are always cold and soggy, orders are always wrong and missing something. Just go down a little further to Chic-fil-A, Arby's, or burger king. This location is outdated, dirty, there employees just don't care or just can't get simple orders correct. This place needs better management and ownership.

Went for breakfast this morning. Got a number 7 (breakfast baconator) with a medium sprite and order of biscuits and gravy with a large dr pepper. The sandwich was beyond cold and although my biscuits and gravy WERE WARM they are now ALL over my car because CLEARLY even putting the lid on a container is too hard so you just tossed it in the bag (the lid wasnt even in the correct direction it was upside down!! I wouldn't think a warm sandwich and a container with the lid even on it would be too difficult but apparently it is. The picture is the BOTTOM of the bag. Note how there is no bottom now... I had no choice but to try and put it into something else.
