I currently live here and the office is always closed, rarely is there someone in the office I have to wait forever to even fill my laundry card, my disposal has been broken for months we have tried putting in several requests to get it fixed I can't even run the dish washer with out all the dirty water coming up from the disposal and going all over my kitchen floor mind you I'm pregnant and it's not sanitary, and they just don't care, the roaches are really gross, we are also paying 400 more then everyone else who lives by us for no reason and we live in a one bedroom and paying alot of money for it. We still have old carpet my sink hasent been fixed everything's falling apart and we never even got see the apartment before we bought it 🤦‍♀️ sick of these apartments can't wait to move 🤦‍♀️

They stole the $500 deposit from me, claiming it was because I cancelled 7 days before move in. I cancelled because my partner didn't get hired for the job we were relocating to ABQ for, which would've been the main source of income and therefore they wouldn't be able to approve us for the apartment anyway. No approval should mean we get the deposit back by their own legal standards, but they decided to find any reason to steal our deposit anyway. I suppose getting an apartment from these people is a matter of deciding if it's worth risking losing your money rather being able to trust whether or not they are as reputable of establishment they claim they are...
