I had a wonderful experience with the Montecito. The residents are friendly, the facilities are nice and the Manager and staff are accommodating. They were very informative about the rules for living at the community as well as the best way to communicate with them. Very helpful!

I am a tenant here at montecito apt every since the new apartment manager started, her and her team has been super awesome. If there is a problem you can communicate with them and let them know what is happening they pay attention and care about the tenants and the property

I love these apartments, the team has made so many changes since I moved in a couple years ago…Jackie the manager is so understanding and with her in charge this place is only going to continue to improve…she’s the primary reason I have renewed my lease. She and her team are so very trustworthy. Anyone looking for future rental I recommend this complex.

I have been on the property for 4 months and the new property manager vs who was here before is AMAZING! Jackie is very involved with the property, the residents and the maintenance personnel. I moved into an apartment that was not fully ready and I was not happy but I remained calm and took into consideration that covid is in full affect and staff is very minimal. Jerry in maintenance was God sent as well as Lisa (MEB). These individuals made things happen to assure they cared about my living situation. The apartment is nice and fortunately I’m a resident that has not experienced any infestation of insects at all. The area I’m in is very quite and all my neighbors are very cordial. The maintenance staff is OUTSTANDING! These guys are prompt and have addressed my maintenance needs in a very timely manner(even on New Year’s Day). The property is coming along in a very positive way and I’m very pleased to know we have Jackie as the new property manager and I believe she can and has made a tremendous difference here. She has reached out to communicate with me as a resident and has offered assistance and recommendations. I would recommend the property to family or friends because of my personal experience. Things don’t happen overnight but changes are noticeable and that’s what matters ❤️ Thank you Montecito staff keep up the Great work!!!!
