This is my favorite hotel to stay in at Shreveport. Great location and great service. We did not use the valet and parked in the garage across the street, but the valet employees were nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved that the pool and gym were on the top floor. If you stay here, make sure you check out the views from the pool at sunset. We did not eat dinner or breakfast at the restaurant, but we did go visit the bar to try some local beer. The atmosphere at the bar was nice and the bartenders were great!

The room was great. The location of the hotel to the boardwalk was very convenient. The valet parking service needs improvement. At times, the valets were not at their station and none of them were ready to greet us or take our car. In fact, we had to approach them or find them each time we came and went. We also thought the food in the restaurant was below average and the restaurant/bar area could have been cleaner. We sat at our table for several minutes and no one greeted us. Eventuality, we had to approach the bartender at the bar to place our food order. Also, restrooms in the lobby were not clean. I’ve been disappointed with all but one of my last four stays at a Hilton hotel. As a rewards member, I expect better.

The room was great, hotel was beautiful but I received no help from the staff. I was alone with alot of luggage and had to maneuver the trolley all by myself even passing by employees seeing me struggling and they didn't say anything. I called down to ask for assistance when I checked out and no one answered the phone so when I grabbed all my stuff there were several trolleys available and a gentlemen leaned up against the wall on his phone who still didn't ask if I needed help. I also paid for valet and parking which I did not receive. It's a shame because they hotel is very beautiful and comfortable but I will not be back.

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton this weekend! We were attending a concert in Bossier and thought the Hilton would be a great place to stay overnight and it was spectacular! Service was great, valet, restaurant, all of it. The rooms were very clean, the facility was clean, can’t get much better. I’ve been a Bonvoy member for years, but after my last two stays with Marriott, I’ll be making a change over to Hilton. Highly recommend this hotel!

Sometimes the garage is open/free but sometimes the arms are down & you have to pay.
We were there two weeks ago for a wedding and it's a very nice hotel so although we didn't use the printer I believe they had an office area with a printer
If you are gold member, you can currently choose breakfast or points
I have never had a problem with any type of bugs at this hotel.
