Had an amazing stay. The staff was extraordinary. Extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk greeted us with the biggest and warmest smile. She was courteous and made our check in a breeze. The room exceeded our expectations. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, cable tv, and the air conditioner was perfect. We will definitely stay here next time.

LSU \ Oshner gave recommendation & wrong phone number, ended up with number to 3rd party that overcharged & said it was discounted for LSU patient. Get there only to find that out & little lady couldn't change price. $50 difference, so make sure you call the hotel directly! Room was as expected, double queen, comfy beds, bathroom size was large & walk in shower. But, no chair for desk, couldn't use coffee pot with piece missing, no extra TP & no clock. Now, for the direct booking price of $140 with discount for patients to LSU, yes the convenience of less than 5 mins is great, but for $40- cheaper you can go to the Horseshoe & it's 5mins away. So shop around!

Pretty good hotel overall plus they give a discount for parents & family members who's child is having a procedure done through Shiner's Children Hospital. That fact alone is enough for my 4 star rating. Could use some improvements but good place to stay!!!

A little pricey but overall a good stay! A drive from main attractions, but overall it was doable. The staff was accommodating and professional. I would stay again; however the pricing should be reconsidered and lowered somewhat for what the room offers. There was no iron or ironing board. Overall, satisfied.
