Super pleasant experience. Anna at the front desk was phenomenal and very accommodating. Rooms were simple but nice. Perfect temp. Good night's sleep. Safe and QUIET.

Positive: The mother and daughter who checked us in were so friendly and funny! It was so refreshing to be greeted with a smiling face!(or two) Thank you for accommodating us and our autistic son who is scared of the elevator! Your kindness is appreciated! Negative: Loved this hotel and the location was perfect! We stayed in a holiday Inn Express in shreveport and it was terrible. From the customer service to the cleanliness. It was so refreshing to see smiling faces and clean rooms! Not to mention a hot breakfast!

Very clean and nice place to stay. The rooms smell great! The beds sleep comfortably. The rooms are a great size. It's quite and parking lot is well lighted The hotel is also walking distance around everything. I love the jacuzzi in the pool area. They also have nice exercise equipment and a BBQ area.

If you book here and especially if you use a third party booking you will have to pay $100 cash deposit for incidentals that they keep in an envelope overnight. I don’t understand it because when I check out how do you even know if there are any incidentals before I leave. I didn’t have any cash on me and I was dropped off by Uber. They had an ATM of course with $3.99 charge to use. They are not serving hot breakfast still even though many mandates have been lifted and the coffee cups are kids size. It’s the first time I’ve ever sipped my coffee and spit it out because it was terrible. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations of other rooms. It is clean and the room was nice but it could go so much farther making adjustments and improvements when you have other options in the city.

Cereal. Bagels or Muffins. Yogurt cups. Bananas and apples. The photos online don't show it well, but you go around the cold breakfast wall to the hot breakfast with the waffle maker. They had sausage patties, eggs, biscuits and a crock pot of gravy. Great for a contintental
I was in a large uhaul so parked across 4 spaces. I noticed a few trucks in the back who parked across 2 spaces...they weren't hauling a load though. A larger truck was parked on the street right across from the hotel. And like the previous poster said, there's a Wal-Mart close by, but I was cautioned that Wal-Mart wasn't very receptive of that.

Yes, it is an unusual setup, but they are working with the space they have
