We stayed at your hotel on Friday night based on a recommendation. Once we checked in we noticed the carpet was wet and there was a smell in the room. There were open drinks left in the refrigerator from a previous occupant. At this point I was embarrassed that I booked a suite at this hotel for my friends and me to stay. We mentioned to the receptionist that the floor was wet and asked for more towels. We were told it would be taken care of and we left to eat. Once we returned we didn't see the towels, so I went downstairs to get the towels. I was told they have to be picked up at the front desk, not delivered to the room, so I stayed and chatted with the receptionist after she got the towels and folded them in front of me. I told her about the drinks and she stated housekeeping doesn't always check the refrigerators. While I was in the shower (which had someone else's hair in it) my friends noticed candy on the floor, public hair in one bed, and blood in another. They went back downstairs, told the receptionist the conditions of the room, and came back with sheets for the beds. They said construction interfered with the outside lighting, so there were no outside lights for security at thr pool or parking lot. They changed the sheets on the beds. We considered sleeping in the truck instead of the hotel, but stayed in the hotel anyway. My friends were unable to sleep well because they were concerned there would be other issues. In the morning I spoke to the male receptionist and asked for a manager. He asked me if something was wrong. I told him we had several issues. He said, "Let me guess, room 327?" I said yes, and he said he would take care of it. Imagine my surprise when I was charged the full amount of the room. I called the hotel, asked for a manager, and spoke with Niquita, who said she hadn't heard anything about it and the best she could do was 25% off because we did actually stay the night and nothing was done at checkout. How exactly did the male receptionist expect to take care of it Saturday morning?

The lobby appeared to be recently updated. The hallway leading to the rooms was a different story. The doors were scratched and old. And it smelled stale. The room as very dusty, some mildew in the bathroom sink, dated furniture.

The front desk clerk set the tone for the hotel with profanity and insults. She was rude again later in the same evening when I requested an extra key. The room was dirty. There were globs of some substance on the telephone and large black stains on some of our towels. The bathroom appeared to have been updated but was not clean.

Worst hotel experience ever. The room is far below price point and staff is disgraceful. Full strength hot water was barely above cold. Shower heads point down with no adjusting option so you stand literally against the wall to bathe. Wifi never worked, and electrical outlets so worn that I had to hold a charger for it to maintain a connection. As I closed my bag to leave the room at 12:15pm a staff member burst into the room screaming that she is calling the police for trespassing if I don't leave immediately.
