The staff is friendly but they sometimes provide incorrect information on wait time. Walk-ins time are too long so better make appointments.

I had an appointment at 11:30 for a routine blood test. I checked in at 11:15 am. I had to wait over 1 hr and still they did not call me in. I asked how long I have to wait although my appointment was at 11:30. The customer window lady does not know how long? Waited almost 45 minutes past my appointment. I asked how many people ahead of me in waiting who had appointments. She did not know. I had another important call to attend and I asked her again, please tell me how long? She did not tell me. They allow lot of patients in the waiting room, no Covid protocols. Finally she cancelled my appointment. Horrible service. I will not go back to this location anymore. I took my 1 year old son there for a blood test. I was very nervous. The staff was very sweet. The front desk lady told me “don’t worry. We have someone very good in drawing babies”. The check-in was easy with confirmation code. Someone checked my temperature outside. I waited about 5 minutes and was called. Yessenia, who helped me with my son’s blood test, was so professional and sweet. She could tell the I was very nervous. She checked my son’s arms thoroughly to find the best spot and called another lady to help. The process was not too painful. My son only cried a bit at the first beginning. If I ever need another blood test, I will choose this location.
