It used to be nicer place to live. Pros: Maintenace is well kept, their services are prompt and solves problems for residents quickly and they are super nice. Also location is great for our work and play. Nicer safer neighborhood. Cons: Sometimes the gardening is done everyday so if you have night job, need to sleep during mornings and daytime forget it. Also during weekdays-summer- pool parties are held often, kids diving into a pool, screaming, loud music till 11pm going on. People smoke walking around, can't keep windows open. Visitors parked in our parking three times. Wish they renovate the inside apt.

I live here and it is amazing. Two pools, laundry, even a gym?!? I love Brookside and I'll be staying for a long time.

Unit : Small, but comfortable. Moderately expensive compared to most other communities located nearby Maintenance : Very quick and good work. Have always attended to any complaints that me or my friends have logged Leasing Office : Aggressive and sometimes rude but that isn't an uncommon situation you have to face. If you have lived in a rental apartment in the US, this is just another place Any buggy issues? : In our 2.5 years stay, we saw bugs in the last 0.5 years of our stay. Leasing office did some work to have it cleaned but to very minimal effect Community : Excellent community space and the greenery is in abundance. Parking space is excellent and you are allocated a covered parking, only one per household Kids area? : No specific kids area but that said, there are several parks located nearby to this house and is more than sufficient for an everyday playtime

It seems to change at least once a year. I'm not sure who is doing it at the moment, but it seems like they're about to be replaced. They aren't showing up every night anymore.
I absolutely love Brookside because it's a beautiful & quiet place to live. BUT, I DO HAVE 1 GIANT COMPLAINT & THATS HOW DISGUSTINGLY POLLUTED THE WATER IN THE POND IS THAT THE FISH & TURTLES ARE FORCED TO LIVE IN WHILE THE STREAMS BY THE OFFICE ARE SPARKLING CLEAN & CLEAR AS THEY CAN BE. I HONESTLY WANT TO REPORT BROOKSIDE TO THE OCSPCA IN HOPES THEY'LL COME OUT TO SEE THE WATERS ACTUAL UNHEALTHY WATER CONDITION & FORCE BROOKSIDE TO CLEAN UP THE POND WATER SO THE FISH & TURTLES THAT LIVE IN IT CAN FINALLY BE ABLE TO THRIVE IN A MUCH HEALTHIER ENVIRONMENT . I KNOW TURTLES POOP - A LOT, BUT BROOKSIDE CHARGES SO MUCH TO LIVE HERE SO I KNOW THEY CAN MORE THAN AFFORD TO REPLACE THE CRAPPY FILTERS THEY'RE USING NOW WITH HEAVY DUTY FILTERS THAT WILL ACTUALLY KEEP THE POND WATER SO MUCH CLEANER & HEALTHIER FOR THE ALL THE FISH & TURTLES OR ANY SPECIES THAT TAKE UP RESIDENCE THERE.
