This spot is open 24 HOURS.. the food is always fresh and the people that work here are so great. I’ve never had a problem with anything. Plus the ice cream machine works and they have ICEES too!! this is my favourite McDonald’s ❤️

24 hour drive through is a lie. How could you say it takes 1.5 hours to switch over shifts. That's a comically bad lie. Just be honest and say your hopelessly pathetic human beings.

Don't order using Uber eats or other apps after the main dining area is closed. I order my food at 1128 pm, and arrived at 1135 pm. Uber eats already informed me that my food was ready for pickup. And I could see a number of to go orders already packaged on the counter. The doors were locked so I knocked on the window and informed the employee I was here to pick up my order. The employee informed me that he could not help me and that I needed to go through the drive-thru like all the other individuals that had not already placed an order. As luck would have it there were about 20 vehicles in the Drive-Thru. I don't blame the employee because I'm sure he's just following policy, but there needs to be changes to how they operate for the app orders. I would not have ordered the food if if I knew it was going to put me in an 40 min long drive-thru line. AND result in cold food. The food was just sitting there! And they wouldn't give it to me.

I used to get my Large frozen coke from this location in La Palma but I stopped going there when I found out that they double the price of the frozen coke. Anywhere else I paid $1.89 and There in La Palma for two Large Frozen cokes They charged $6.50. I am surprised that McDonalds is allowing that.
