Vikram the assistant manager is not a background assistant manager. He works right next to all of his employees, is serious about customer service, and is hands on with this location. I had to print a great mass of letters because when I got sick I had to use credit cards and maxed out much of my credit. Now I'm repairing and had to track and pull letters so I had to use the computer here, the printer, and purchase office supplies to contest things on my credit. I needed extra help and he not only helped me a great deal but also all of the customers who needed additional help with their needs. I'm just very thankful for such great customer service because it would have taken me alot longer to get through my tasks if it had not been for Vikram. Thank you.

Recently, I moved from CA to GA and I shipped almost 25 large boxes through Fedex from this office. I had a pleasant experience using FEDEX services at this location. Especially Brian. He was so patient with me and helped me to get the boxes unload from my truck and secure them properly for the shipping. The store manager Jim was a little bit unhappy to see all the boxes packed and secured with a sticky wrap but he also got his staff unwrap all the boxes and got them secured properly. Highly recommend this location and their services.

I work for a business that does a lot of printing. Seems that this location can't do things that many others do. It's 8:30am and they have been open for 30min I'm told " the machine hasn't been turned on" to cut copies in half. They said they need several hours to print 100 B&W copies single sided on regular paper. Again, seems that THIS location is the one that can't do things. Last time I come here.

I’m super thankful to Freddie (manager) and Ashley. There was another supervisor/manager (on Saturday...I believe his name was Marco) that also provided the patience, support and CUSTOMER SERVICE that I am very grateful for. Having obituaries done last minute, I was totally flustered but thanks to them, it wasn’t as complicated and stressful as it could have been. Thank you again!
