I had to bring my 8 year old son in here for blood work and asked for a butterfly needle to be used. Sh3 tried to explain how the regular needle is the same size. I know that, I used to draw blood before but the way the butterfly needle is shaped makes it so easy to be gentle. She promised with the regular needle he he wouldn't feel it. It was either that or go elsewhere so we let her try. Not only did he feel everything but had the worse bruise I've ever seen. It's time for his annual bloodwork so let's see if they'll meet our special needs, if not we are going else where.

Took someone before me because she was complaining it was taking too long! She had only been waiting 10 mins and there was actually 2 people in front of her, myself and an older lady.

The technicians are very prominent in giving blood,very good a drawing you bloodtest and send the results to your PCP for them to analyze!

DO NOT go to this location unless you enjoy getting poked and walking away with a giant purple bruise when having your blood drawn. This is exactly what happened to me. Not to also mentioned the gal at the front desk make you feel like a criminal when you step over the blue waiting line. They seriously need to put mature, friendly people behind the front desk, not bunch of inexperience, young girls. I will never go to this location again.
