Service was excellent. Very friendly clerk and breakfast servicers. If I was rating service I would give 5 stars. The location near the airport had junkies hanging out The street nearby..it made me feel insecure. The room was clean, but the ac didnt cool too much in the evening. The bed was terrible. It was like sleeping on a box spring. It was a disappointing room for Hampton Inn

I am a Silver Member, and I could not get a simple washcloth and requested the same at the booking of reservations. No bananas, and yogurt kept under lock and key. Not very friendly environment. Could not get my room cleaned. The staff and management team needs customer service training immediately. This was my second stay, and it has gotten worse. I checked out early. I have also filed a formal complaint with Hilton. I suggest you do the same if you want to send a message. Pending the above corrections, this site should not hold the Hilton brand.

We booked king suite but upon arrival they only gave us king room, charged king suite price though. We asked for extra towel and wasn’t provided. Front desk said they are busy and can’t give us anymore. There was only 2 towels as we were staying for 3 nights with kids. Its not self serve breakfast. They serving lady was rude too. Swimming pool was closed too. Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked room at all. Coffee was always empty or very cold downstairs too. All the Hamptons I have stayed, there used to be always coffee available. But I guess not anymore. I think Hamptons are not what they used to be. Room had cable and tv was good size. Pretty clean room.

Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and hospitable. However, the lack of cleanliness of the room were unforgivable. Seriously, it is very clear that the room was not thoroughly cleaned after previous guests. Stay away from this place. The area is also horrible and sketchy.
