Make appt prior to visit, afternoon hours for better parking. Security on site. May/may not be very friendly.

Nope. And they haven't been since COVID-19 started. Waste of space if you ask me.

my son tried to file for his taxes through turbo taxes and they came back and said they rejected both state and federal what can be done

You should call in and make an appointment bring all information. Those programs are nice and covenant but can lead to many errors. Other possibilities are review what was submitted, an error in inputting data could of occurred or go to somewhere else to have them prepared but let them know what has been done.

If I have an appointment schedule today is it still on?
