Always friendly and willing to assist. While there might be a wait to speak with them, especially during busy times, they do have the answers to your questions! I'm glad York County has such a competent tax assessment office.

Some of the worst people I've ever had to deal with. My 89 year old grandmother has been trying to pay her property taxes for about 2 months now. They send letters but we don't get the letters until 2 days before they add on extra fees so when we pay it, they say this isn't enough. You have to make appointments to go into Banks to get certified checks because of everything going on and they could care less. I called in today and they couldn't even give me what we owe. They said more fees are being processed. So they don't even know how much they're charging us at this point. Can't wait to be done with these incompetent people.
