It's very exspensive to park in this garage, if u spend 3 hrs in York city, u will pay no less than $10 to park in this garage. Better off paying the meter every 2 hrs. Everything that is worth visiting in york county has a free parking lot for u to park in, york city has nothing to really offer except there courthouse if needed.

Best location for parking for First Friday or the Appell Center, if there's spaces available. More often than not I've arrived and found the garage full. Furthermore they don't indicate if it's full or not. Arrive early with an alternative parking plan.
