Yes, they can send to the jeweler for re-sizing. The cost will depend on whether you need to go up or down in sizing, how many sizes, and what the metal is on your ring.

Those coins are considered common date years. They are valued at about $1 each in this condition. We would buy them for 50 cents each. Thank you for asking. Take care.
I think so, we had silverware we thought might be worth something, but turn out it was just silver plated. If you have something, I would take it and see. Doesn't hurt to ask.
