Very kind, quick and clear. Love the staff from the front check in, to the ones taking notes/vitals to the docs themselves. Everyone makes sure you know that your animal will be taken care of.

Fantastic clinic that truly cares and takes their time to hear you out and answer questions. Additionally they are incredibly prompt which has been rare in my experience at other vets. For my pups annual appointment we were taken right on time and back home in under an hour.

Yikes. This place has gone downhill and the health of our animals is now suffering for it. Similar to other recent reviewers, we’ve been going to the clinic for years and now we can’t get a call back or an email back. And on the rare occasion we can actually get through to someone, they’re booked out for months. Our dog developed a concerning growth on her paw that was causing her a lot of distress; couldn’t get a call back. Decided to take her to my parents’ vet two hours away. Requested records multiple times, my parents’ vet requested records multiple times. Day of the appointment, the new vet still had no records from Lien to go off of. I also recently called about my cat having a reaction to his topical flea medication. The medication burned a hole in his fur at the application site and he was bleeding. I managed to get ahold of someone at the front desk weeks later. I expressed my multiple frustrations, the fact that my animals’ health is suffering, the fact that I had almost no trust that I would ever hear back from them after this call. She assured me she would discuss with a vet and call me back either same day or next day. To this day I still have not heard back. We’re due to give our cat the flea medication again now, but can’t. Don’t know what to do. I work from home and have a human infant and a human toddler to look after and don’t have this kind of time to spend hunting down my vet over and over again. We obviously have to find a new vet now, and it’s really frustrating and disheartening. Used to be a nice place.

Really caring staff and no BS. Check in process is easy and wait time is less than 5 min on a normal day . I really liked that the vet explained the issue my dog was having in bit more details rather than just prescribing a medicine . Everyone was super kind to Bella and showed so much love 💕! There are limited parking spots at the clinic but plenty of street parking available . Lastly I appreciated the follow up call to check how’s her ear infection :) Bella was back to being a happy dog after few days of treatment 🐾
