My long time State Farm agent retired and Travis Hartman took over my account. We met virtually and viewed my policies from his computer. For our vehicles several changes where made including some low milage discounts and much needed increased liability coverage. Travis clearly explained why the numbers make sense with our home owners policy. Travis set up a monthly billing schedule that automatically deducts from our credit card. And we now get an insurance card for each driver for every vehicle. This is great service people.
