YDR has one of the worst customer service departments in York county. They employ mindless people to answer the phones. You can never get to a supervisor or manager when requesting one. Don't ask about the billing department.

How do I get a bill out this newspaper? I would just love to pay my bill but I am having no success in doing so. Despite repeated interactions with the call center, I can't manage to get a bill. Much to my surprise, I got a letter saying my bill was unpaid..I called and been frustrated at every turn. I've gotten a copy of a bill I paid in February, I've gotten collection calls. I have contacted customer service several times and I can't seem to have a current bill sent to me, If I owe something, I will pay it. I'm getting nothing but a run around. My emails to customer service go unanswered. I've about had it

I think it's the reason for the rating - drugs, profanity, sex, violence, nudity
This Newspaper Company is only good for Democrats.You will not receive the (FACTS) if you are Republican.I expect the truth when I read the news. I was interviewed by this newspaper years ago and was completely lied to by the newspaper.180 degrees from the truth,as usual.
