Can we change the necessity to have the title for vehicle registration in PA? They're not needed for all states. I move alot for work. People can buy cars from vending machines now.. needing a title is an inconvenience that makes life unnecessarily difficult. I have the original receipts, insurance, and inspection. Let's see a process update to accommodate the times we live in now

You will need to download the drivers manuel for the Penndot website study it, get a physical then you will need to go to the DMV with your Birth Certificate, ss if you have one an id and two letter unopened if possible address, the physical , $35.50 debit,credit or money order head to the dmv and apply you will need to take the written test there after that you will need to set up the road rest after that or after you learn how to drive
