long overdue, but this was my go-to shop in the mid/late 2010s before moving! Bought a Trek hybrid here, still going strong 5 years later, through dirt paths, pouring rain, snow, and all the city elements. Mechanics were friendly and down-to-earth, even though I hadn't a clue about bikes then. Bonus points too for their excellent music taste—one recognized 2 indie bands whose stickers I put on my bike!

I bought my hybrid bike here 3 years ago and decided to get the service plan with it because they seemed like very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest folks. Since then, I have still been incredibly happy with them. They always make recommendations for the good of the customer, and I never feel pushed into purchasing something. They are patient and readily explain the reasoning behind their recommendations in a very accessible way. They are friendly, have attention to detail, and take great care of my bike every time I bring it in. I’m still just as happy with my bike as I was when I bought it. I’m so thankful this wonderful shop is in my neighborhood!

I went into this shop to get my bike breaks fixed and a few other things. Turned out the breaks didn’t need fixing and the other things were quickly taken care of. Because everything was so minor they didn’t charge me. The service was great and the employees were so nice to help me! I will definitely keep coming back. Thank you for being so kind!
