I tried several times to place an order online and by phone for someone to tell me they were having difficulty. So I got into my car and drove to the closest Dominoes (around the corner), when I got there I told them of the difficulty I was having and they told me they knew but I could place my order in person. I told the clerk what I was trying to order and the coupon I wanted to use, to be told that was an online special. After some very hangry discussion, the clerk with his"eye rolling and don't bother me attitude" finally gave me the price I requested. I asked for extra steak on my sandwich which I did not receive, in fact it had hardly any meat or peppers or onions on it. I paid for bread! I also asked if someone would bring my order out to the car since I was unable to get a curbside option and the clerk once again rolled his eyes but agreed. I have never experienced such bad service from any establishment! The folks that are supposed to be working are standing around on their phones! Absolutely not caring about customer service! Ridiculous!! And after reading the prior posts I can not imagine that I will be doing business with this establishment again!

We ordered pizzas through the app and put in our address it assigned it to this location. They then call us and tell us the refuse to deliver it because we are too far. We are only 2.1 miles from them and that is where THEIR app sent us. We spoke to the manager Jerry and was less than helpful just again said they would not deliver us the pizza and that we could come get it. Not even an apology or offer to make it right. Do not ever order pizza from this location because they do not care about their customers or customer service.

I placed a order on 12/30 for pick up “Brooklyn “ and when I got home one of pizzas crust was wrong , so I called to let them know spoke to someone who answered the phone and explained my issue. I also took a picture , the guy I spoke with said “would you like a credit “ I said yes so today on New Year’s Day some “rude guy” answers I tell him I should have a credit on my account . He replies “I don’t see a credit “ and hangs up SMH!!! Horrible customer service

Had to change my order to carryout, because they were short staffed. So went in to pick up my order and the only lady in there working was hustling and busting out these orders all by herself. Crazy seeing that and appreciate her fr!! 💪🏾🔥💯We appreciate your business.

Not uncommon. This place is horrible when it comes to staff. They try, but corporate America wins. Lowest cost wins over customer service.
