Rude employees, not a very friendly environment. I spoke to someone in management with my experience and wasn’t really acknowledged. I also called corporate. I have never had such a terrible experience with JCPenney before until today. I have always loved JCPenney i spend a few thousand a year here, but I’m disappointed after today’s experience. From the experience and the encounters I had today with several employees let’s me know the entire store needs training compared to the experiences I have from all the other location. Steer clear from this location until they know how to take care of customers.

Very Tee

Wanted to bring my mom in to beauty salon. I was interested in having Avery the 1st stylist on the left. She quickly rushed me away and was telling her client she doesn't like to talk over them. While I understand there is a need for professionalism the worst thing you can do is Rush a prospective client away. I will happily take my mother elsewhere good day

Purchasing was not a problem. The problem was going to have the ring sized. When I called to check the status after being told it would take four weeks; they told me it was going to then be 6 to 8 weeks. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. It took me four tries to get someone on the phone.
