Orderd a dryer online. They sent me a email Dryer ready for pickup...Called in 3x's looking for my dryer, On a Saturday. The lady and the older man told me they didn't have my dryer. When someone that work there called to pick up my dryer...Finally called corporate. They told me the dryer had been delivered to the Sears store in Walterboro SC. That's why I got an email. The workers in the store denied the dryer was in the store. Soon as I told them they can give me a refund. Mysteriously they found the dryer. From now on my products will be sent to my home.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any retail company my entire life. These people obviously have some organizational problems that need no be dealt with before they will ever be competitive again. Price is ok but not worth the savings if you have any trouble. I recommend staying away you will save yourself a bunch of aggravation. Appliance ended up costing me double and that does not even include hours on the phone with them and they are never able to get anything correct. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Their actions boarder on being criminal. I would tell you all my story but no one would ever believe it. Trust me don't do business with sears right now.
