Sorry to write this because I’m always loved shopping at Penny since I worked at Penny’s 50 years ago. But now I’m extremely disappointed when I shopped there yesterday. The store was dirty, dead bugs on the floors in several places you could tell the flood hadn’t been cleaned or swept in ages. The shoe department had stacks of summer sandals on the floor blocking aisles and no sales assistance in the department. If fact no sales assistant in any department except fine jewelry. The store was dirty obviously manager has learned anything from Covid. Even if business is down at least have some pride in your store. I hope this is helpful this store needs a good staff who is proud to be a professional and she want to display that in the care they take of their store and the customers.

I was treated by a very rude attendant at the jewelry counter. She was rude and dressed in a very tight dress that left nothing to the imagination. I want to say her name is Alisha. If I could give less than a one star review I would, because this was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had.

Went shopping and hit the Jack-Pot! Didn't know JCP was having a sale and my money went 3 times as far, and I got a lot of cute outfits that I needed. Great Sale!💋🍀

Middle of the day and you can stand around in jewelry for 15 minutes without any interaction. Everywhere else in the store you can see prices, pick your items, check out - but not jewelry. Why not have someone there? Had a cool conversation with another customer while I waited so i guess they get a 2nd star for that.
