I'm usually not one to complain when someone does my hair but I am utterly disappointed with the outcome. How a trim became a chopped up haircut I don't know! I paid $113 yesterday and now I'm up looking for someone to fix it!!

Unprofessional. Made an appointment with tasha (her idea) got there & she said she wouldn’t be ready for another 2 hours after my appointment time. She pawned me off to anne who then said she don’t do kids hair that’s tender headed. What? Yes I mentioned him being tender headed but he’s not “fall out, kicking screaming, moving all around, tender headed” If you just be mindful that you’re combing a childs hair & be a tad bit gentle than normal then he’s fine. She just aint want to do it. Basically a waste of time & gas.

They have several stylists that do exceptionally well with sew ins. Teresa, Diva, Tiana, and Gina(the owner). These are just a few I can think of off the top of my head right now.
I have long dark brown hair and want to spice it up with highlights that will accentuate my face and make my hair more interesting. Is this a good place to go?
