Why is it that as a diamond member,that even after I pay online, check in that if still have to give credit card and all the vehicle info when I get there.Only at this location!All others are gracious when I arrive with a smile to greet but not here

Doesn't make sense...been staying at this location for years..no problem till new management. No other hilton properties require this that I stay at. Only this and only after new management. Will stay at Homewood suites if possible from now on.😥They Have Card On File And Is Paid When I Make Reservation. Your reply makes no sense

They need your card on file to make sure it's no fraudulent activities. Plus if you break something or steal. They have your card to make sure they get paid...Your vehicle, they need the info to give you a car pass so your car don't get towed away
