Once they have "completed" the job, they won't come back to fix things that should be covered by warranty. My thermostat stopped working within 8 months and when I called, they walked me through taking it off the wall and resetting it. I've had to do that now four times. I'm sure there has been a recall on this product. Update: They called as soon as they saw my post and replaced the thermostat. I do appreciate their quick response and replacing the defective thermostat.

I've been using this company for several years now. I highly recommend them. Several individuals have came out, but the two that stand out the most are Russ and Talon. They are professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They make sure to explain everything in general terms and what the next steps needs to be. I've had them come out to work on an older unit in the past and then they installed a new one when the old one finally quit working. Anytime that I've ever needed anything HVAC related and called them, they were able to respond usually within a day. Good people, good company.
