I think this is my second of review of this $h!thole They can't seem to deliver a package, ups and FedEx have no issues. They should turn it into a landfill cause this location is trash

Updated review: They've since fixed the drop box, and every visit from then on has gone smoothly. No issues.

Horrible customer service, just got a call from the Asian guy about my request and instead of helping he was just being rude and at some point started to yell at me. That is unacceptable behavior and not knowing how to communicate with the customers.

Go online to USPS.com and fill out a change of address order. I think it costs $2.

The customer service section closes at 5pm Mon-Fri and at 1pm or 2pm on Sat. The building entrance doors lock at 7pm I believe Mon-Sat. Closed Sunday's.

Can we walk in for pass ports??Or has to be with appt.
