I've been a member since 2014, and I've really hated my relationship with this bank. I appreciate that they give out loans like candy, but when it comes to spending your money, they make it very difficult at times. I've had to call them many times after getting my card declined even though I had plenty of funds. They try to secure your money in a way that makes it feel like you have little self agency and freedom. I took out a loan to help me and my wife move to another state and when I attempted to use some of the money for moving expenses, guess what, my card was declined....again........And get this, they limit me to 300 dollars when it comes to transferring money to an outside account. I've always paid my monthly debt and have always been good to them. Navy Federal for the win. They are far better.

I am highly impressed, I walked in and was greeted by the main desk and was told that I’d be helped in a few, about 2/3 minutes , I then was then kindly greeted by Peggy who proceeded to give me all the information I needed about car loans and insurance, I got every answer that I could ever ask for and would highly recommend this branch for amazing customer service, if I could I would always come to this branch for all my needs. Although I’m front Fullerton. Thank you so much Peggy!!

Friendly, top notch customer service, minimal fees for banking.. the branch can be crowded at times but the staff does their best to move people through quickly. Worst part about this location is the parking. You can park further away and walk over which avoids the traffic jam in the little lot in front when it's busy.

Sometimes the lines can be long which sucks. But the people there really helped me and they were very kind. I give it a 5/5 for service but a 4/5 for waiting
