I have edited my review after reaching out with the owner. My review was critical of a recent increase in price. While I do feel that the costs are high, this site is not unique in its choice of pricing. If you have to store some stuff in the area, this facility is great. Easy in & out, solid units, and security. The site manager Jasmine was an excellent representative for Extra Space and any company should be ecstatic to have her as an advocate.

Staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. Relatively clean facility with all outdoor units makes it easy to pickup and drop off. My only complaint is that when the facility changed to Extra Space Storage, my rent went up $80 3 months after getting the unit.

Customer service was great. Emil was very friendly and welcomed me right away, as soon as I set foot into the office he took care of me. Which made me feel valuable to them. Guided me thru the entire process which is pretty simple but still took the time to show the the facility and guided me all the way thru
