I cancelled my account, they said I was all good on payments, then two months later they call me wanting me to pay a “past due” amount. What a joke. Switch to atnt, fiber is available in the area now, don’t settle for these unprofessionals

Your customer service employees on the phone are fantastic. Please put them in your stores and let your in-store employees go back to the DMV. The only slower service I've experienced then you're in store personnel Is your internet service

I brought in to this store a "dinosaur " cable box and remote for an updated one. Angel and Alexander were extremely helpful in finding me ways to lower my cable bill. It took Angel an hour to find me the best possible deal. He was able to lower my bill but found a way for me to have access to three premium channels instead of the two I pay free for one year!! What a great surprise. He did this all with a smile and great sense of humor. Super young man! Thanks

2 stars cause rep was nice after that EVERYTHING went down hill: needed to make an online appt cause u can't call a local store, don't have phone inventory at store, have no access to other store inventory, can't commit to delivery date from online & want u to prepay a month of service, activation & phone/insurance pymt yet u walk out with NOTHING. Recommended to drive to other stores to see if they physically have the phone ur looking for 😤😡...seriously! BTW, this is for NEW customers which questions how do they treat existing customers ONLINE or PHONE ONLY and then cut u off. Never had such a bad experience at any cell store, how disappointing. Recommend if u want this mobile provider just go ONLINE & stay away from the store.
