I’ve made several attempts to pick up my passport, no one ever answers the phone and no one is ever to work. This is very unprofessional, I live almost an hr away to be driving in vain.

After applying for passport renewal one year ago, I was able to get in contact with the office once and have been not being successful since. The individual that assisted me should have doubled checked everything to make sure they they got a copy of page 4 and 5 of my expired passport and the signature on the application. Addition Information was needed which I emailed and was advised to call after I emailed but no one answers the line. I also mailed the missing information but still have not heard anything. I am so disappointed. I usually call on Fridays because that is my day off and there is no option to leave a voice message. I had to drive 5 hours one way for my initial appointment and don’t feel I should have to make another appointment and drive another 10 hours just to check on my application status. I am out of options. This has been the worst experience I have had with any office especially when they know we need our passport in order to travel. I may have to apply for US citizenship which I have being contemplating since living in the Unites States for 33 years. Disappointed throughout the entire experience.

Called the office very pleasant and helpful. They were very knowledgeable in what they do.

Many times we're quick to give a negative review, and rightly so, in some cases. However, in this case, let me quickly, commend the staff for their courteous, professional, and prompt service there at the Bahamas Consulate General, Atlanta, GA., please keep up the good work. Definitely making us PROUD!
