We go to the dog park it's amazing (except for the bug bites), my high energy puppy loves going here for play and running. The best dog park I've found in Cape Coral.

Would be nice to see a sign saying how long it takes to get out at a certain point . For us seniors we could determine if we want to go on or turn back. Would help us first time walkers. It was a relaxing walk thru nature. Would do it again.

Brought my dogs here because Google had those answers saying yes as the only display. Got here and there are many signs that say no dogs.
You will have more problem with bad driven than alligators..
Because of the alligators -I believe the sign says No Pets -however, I am back in Iowa. You might refer to the Google Maps location site and phone to make positive.
I've been there all different times and only seen them maybe once or twice. Right now with the river messed up it wouldn't surprise me if there weren't any around. You have a better chance in seeing them if you go out to matlachae or st James city area but even there the water is messed up with fish kill. Wish I could say a better place to see them but our water and eco system is very messed up due to lake o release
There are no trees that have been planted there it is a natural Marsh there are mangrove trees there are palm trees and a few pine trees

You can bike ride there, but the paths are for walking. Alot of folks park just outside the park, and ride 6 Mile

You can walk with a dog up to the boardwalk,after that it's not allowed.
There are no camping grounds but a nice picnic area by the bridge near the water.
Resting areas for boaters and kayaks.
About a mile. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes if you take all the offshoots. If you don't go out to explore the initial ring around The Preserve is shorter.
