I shipped out a 28 pound package from this store for my business however my buyer received a jacket instead. All due to the staff being trained the day of and putting a wrong label on my package meanwhile still not taking responsibility. If you need a manager please be sure to lose that thought. When I found out what my buyer received I came to the store spoke to an employee to only learn two weeks later that NOTHING has been done. As a matter of a fact all of the notes and my receipt were lost. Ok. On my second visit I spoke to Isabelle whom seem to have it together. Two weeks later I found out I was once again wrong. She did not rely the message to David the manager. Once again my information was lost & he had to reach out to Isabella while speaking on the phone with me. Ok. After speaking to David I was told he would begin a claim, reach out to my buyer & assist me. Ok. After hanging up the phone I never heard from David again. I am 2 months into my missing package with value contents over $600 and not a single person is willing to help. I have called numerous amounts to 1800 number to only be transferred to multiple other people. I now have a civil court suit filled against me. This is 1 out of 5 packages that UPS has lost, damaged, delivered to a wrong address. This has caused me lose over 30% of my business & looking at closing it. I will be pursuing with legal actions against UPS.

Was in the Store while the owner/manager told customers off and that they could call corporate. Very terrible experience. Maybe they should invest in more equipment and people. Told people that he doesn’t make much money on what they were doing and he didn’t care.

I have been going to this location for years now. I can say that the quality of employee that works there has gone way down. Every 2 weeks its a entire new crew working there seemingly worse then the prior people. I have always felt this was the best store to bring my packages to but I have recently thought of going elsewhere. I'm in the store 4-5 days a week.

What is the largest size box you allow
Yes it does but I would check to make sure the time before you go as I am not sure if there is one from open to close. One reviewed said it was from 8:30-4 but I would double check. It was $10 and fast and easy.
