My apologies for writing a review so late. Exactly 2 years ago today, they helped me reunite with my loved one after being apart for months, during the days when transatlantic travel was almost impossible. The consular service they provided me was just outstanding. They were always there when I called them on the phone, and they called me back if they needed to speak to me. They were always there to assist at every step of the process. The consulate service and care they provided was just extraordinary. Thank you for being there for us during our difficult days.

UPDATE: I visited the Belgium consulate in Atlanta to interview for my wife's Schengen visa and was treated very politely and courteous by Marleen and her staff. They helped us immensely and we are very grateful for their assistance during the whole process. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at the Consulate, thank you. ORIGINAL POST: So far my interaction with the Belgium consulate in Atlanta has been through emails regarding a tourist visa application and they had always responded extremely fast and with all the information requested. They always responded within 24 hours or less and that is commendable. I am very impressed with the service provided to me.

It was very easy to book an appointment, apply for documents, and go about my business. Marleen & Romina are wonderful representatives of the consulate. They helped me with concerns that I had regarding the paperwork, the status of my application, and any follow-up questions. Romina is very sweet, and Marleen also has a great sense of humour on a long busy day !! If you come prepared for your appointment, you’ll be well on your way !! :)

Visa is not required
English or french, please. Thank you
Not if you are a tourist, not working there at all, and won't be in Belgium (or anywhere else within the Shengken zone) for more than 90 out of any 180 days
