I renewed my lease back in May and now they are saying I haven’t and threatening to charge me extra. I have been emailing with the new assistant manager since April coz he kept forgetting to send the lease renewal and when I signed it in May apparently they didn’t bother saving it and I have a copy. The placed the letter at 5pm knowing the office is closed and apparently are giving me three days to sign a lease. Of which like I said I signed electronically on May 24th. Someone needs to fix this

Make sure when you sign your lease it’s correct. As I’m moving out I’m being told “the deposit amounts on your lease are wrong and I’m sorry”. I don’t remember what I paid, but when a lease is signed by both parties you’d think it would be correct. Also, they put on my lease I paid a $300 pet deposit, nothing mentioned $100 was non-refundable and now I’m being told my lease was wrong on that too. Then I put a $50 deposit on two garages and since they only have record of one, I only get one deposit back. This place is crooked! No response from Zarco the management company either. Oh!! And I lived without my central AC unit in July for a week because “it is too hot outside for maintenance to work on it”??? Don’t rent here, you’ll be sorry!

Helped a friend move in and these are some examples of what she encountered. The person in the office at the time didn’t seem to care when we brought this up to her. She did not even offer to call maintenance to fix the bathtub issue. She just gave the number and told my friend to call. Very poor customer service. Apartment was NOT move in ready and was dirty. The maintenance man who showed up was prompt and courteous, which was the only good thing I can say about this complex.

I've lived here off and on for 7 or so years and I've never had any major issues. Accommodating and maintenance always comes within reasonable time.
