Worst place ever, the amenities you pay for suck, the outdoor grill area is not functional at all, incidents the outdoor tv. I've been here 5 years and it still doesn't work. Furthermore their mobile app dies not inform you that adding a new payment method requires verification on a computer. The app only trek you it takes 3 days to verify payment method. It's been 5 days and no verification yet. It caused me to get a 100$ fine due to their app not telling you to verify on a computer. In my opinion that is a rip off. Do not rent from Price brothers properties!!!

Loved the experience thus far! I just moved in, but the office staff has been extremely helpful, especially Emily! They've responded to all my questions, calls, and emails in a timely manner and were always happy to help! The apartment was beautiful and clean when I got there! They left an adorable welcome home package, which I am extremely thankful for! Highly recommend living here!
