The closest retail area to The Meadows Apartments is located at the intersection of 95th and Quivira. The retailers there include Oak Park Mall, Target, and Staples.
The Meadows Apartments do not have any in-unit washers and dryers, or any hookups for them. We do, however have a laundry room in each building for the residents of that building to use!
At the Meadows Apartments, most of the parking is unassigned parking and is available on a first come first serve basis. We do also offer covered parking spaces, as well as reserved parking spaces for an additional fee.
The Meadows Apartments has a Parcel Pending locker system located in our clubhouse. Most carriers put your packages straight into the lockers, and then you will receive an e-mail with a 6 digit code that you will need in order to get your package out of the locker. The e-mail comes directly from Parcel Pending.

Yes, all residents of The Meadows Apartment Homes are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at The Meadows Apartment Homes. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month.
