Awful management and even worse maintenance workers. Nothing ever gets fixed properly or in a timely manner. Currently on my second day without air conditioning and all I'm being told is that they'll get to it when they can. Good luck getting any of the office workers to answer a phone call as well. Been dealing with BED BUGS for over a year and that hasn't been resolved either.

Honestly, my first impression was it was a good place. There were some problems at first with the sink and kind of annoying the windows are sealed shut but other than that it was fine. Then we had problems with out in unit washer and dryer. At the time they claimed they didn't have staff to fix everything which I can understand because it was after covid. This dragged on for so long eventually we got it fixed after 2 months at doing laundry at a friends place but it broke that same week so we called again. They said they are all going bad and they ordered more. Understandable again things are hard to get so we waited and heard nothing for 6 months. So I called them and asked to just get the $50/month I have been spending for the specific purpose of having an in house washer dryer. Then they tried giving me a gift card (which I still haven't seen for a month now) to their laundry room (which is gross). I didn't think it was fair for me to give them cash and get a gift card back also we haven't had what we paid for the entire time we were there so I asked for a refund on that as well. They told me I can get it on their card to the laundry room but that's it. After yelling at them they gave me $50 credit and that's it when I am now due $500. It might be just what I get for being the nice guy. If you do live here, be prepared to fight tooth and nail for them to do anything. Don't be understanding because it won't be reciprocated here. Customer service deserves negative stars because they don't care about the tenants.

Worst place you could ever go to! Makayla (manager) is the rudest person i have ever met. Took me having to come inside to get her to do her job! She definitely shouldn't be working with people if she's gonna have a horrible attitude when asked to do something simple!Thank you for your feedback.
