Unfortunately they’re just really behind on maintenance. Everyone is super nice, but it’s been over a month since I moved in and I don’t think they’ve completed just one of over 10 pending work orders. The apartment was not ready on move-in (missing blinds, etc) and most things haven’t been corrected. Using a bedsheet to cover a window isn’t something I should have to do.
