Only use this gym if you plan on going for physical therapy. I’ve been going everyday for 3+ years and am treated like I don’t matter. They only care about their physical therapy patients. If you go as someone just trying to work out you will be treated 2nd class. They also charge you more money once a month for new equipment. They don’t mean new weight lifting equipment they mean new physical therapy equipment. Currently looking for another gym.

Avoid this gym like the plague. It is small, cramped, crowded, and has a strong odor. People come in here and keep full lockers, just to use the showers. It's really stinky in here.

This place is a great physical therapist office. They take care of all kinds of physical therapy. They also have a built-in pool and a hot sauna. Staff is always there to assist you as you will have a personal trainer. The guys are great and everybody is very courteous. I highly recommend Red Bluff Health and Fitness Center in Red Bluff California

I invite you to go check out the gym. Prices are very reasonable, staff is great. This gym also accepts silver sneakers if you have that on your insurance. That is how my husband pays for his membership

They are the most reasonable place I have found for everything they offer. I am not sure about senior rates, but I'm sure they have something. I'm a county worker and only pay $25 per month, which is pretty good. I would give them a call.
