I have the pleasurable opportunity of being part of the staff at Umpqua Bank in Red Bluff ! Chris and Trish were the best leaders I could hope for! I have worked at other banks and found that Umpqua Bank had a more caring precise commitment to their customers as well as their staff! Due to personal injury I no longer work with them. But with my personal banking and working experience I would highly recommend Umpqua Bank in Red Bluff and Redding for your business and personal needs. Every bank has their challenges especially in these trying times. I choose to keep my money locally and bank with a local companies. If you have an issue or inquiry somebody locally will handle it . I wanted to share my review of this company not only as a customer but as a past employee.

I've been with Umpqua for many years now, even dating back to when it was Tehama Bank. The staff in the branch are always friendly and professional and greet you by name when you come in. They offer a wide range of products to help with your individual or business needs, and go above and beyond to help you get what your looking for. The online app is great and easy to use and comes in handy for me with either the personal or business version.

This is not your chain bank, from the moment you walk into in you feel like family. Whether your getting change to making a deposit or borrowing money for that first home, this is our community bank. All the amenities of a big bank, except the lines are short and there coffee is good.

The people in the branch are nice and helpful but they have the worst online and mobile banking I've ever seen. Trying to set up online banking and it gives me a code to access then it says the code is wrong even though it was copy and pasted and double checked visually. So I call the 800 number and the estimated wait was 2 minutes... 10 minutes of waiting later they hung up on me before I was able to speak to anyone. Garbage. Just garbage.
